Same-day GP sickness note, required to confirm an illness or a health condition.

Availability: UK and International

If you have been unwell or have a health condition that requires medical evidence, our UK-based NHS GPs can issue a private GP sickness certificate within hours.
After completing a quick online questionnaire and uploading a short video explaining your symptoms, one of our GMC-registered doctors will review your case on the same day. If appropriate, they will issue a verified digital sickness note confirming your condition, symptoms, and whether your illness is ongoing or resolved.
Once your certificate is issued, our doctors will also provide personalised health advice to support your recovery.
Your name, date of birth & workplace
Your illness or medical condition
When symptoms started and whether they are ongoing or resolved
Up to 7 days of authorised sickness leave

Secure QR code for instant employer verification
Experienced UK GMC-Registered doctors – caring, supportive, and dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Upload by 9pm for same-day service. This should be a 30 second – 1 minute video describing your symptoms.

Our doctors will look over the evidence you provide. *

You’ll receive an email and text with your letter, with a QR code so they can be verified and accepted worldwide.
* This is a private UK doctor service – the medical certificates we provide are not the same as NHS Med3 Fit Notes, which are only available from healthcare professionals delivering NHS services.
As an online service, we are unable to provide GP sickness notes for the UK Home Office, immigration or asylum appointments, court appearances, jury service or workplace tribunals.
To allow us to assess your condition and issue a medical certificate, we will require the following information:
A photo of your passport, driving license, workplace or university ID
Confirmation of when your sickness or condition started
Whether your sickness is ongoing, or you are now recovered
A 30-second to 1-minute video describing your symptoms
Details of your regular NHS GP (if you have one)
